Manta Roofing Products, LLC, together with its affiliated operating companies in California and Florida (collectively, “Manta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides this Privacy Notice to explain how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information. Manta manufactures liquid-applied roofing products — silicone and acrylic coatings, primers, mastics, sealants, asphaltic products, and spray polyurethane foam systems — at plants in La Verne, California and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We sell primarily through roofing distributors and work directly with roofing contractors, building owners, facility managers, roof consultants, and specifiers. We also manufacture products under private label for other brands. We are a business-to-business company. The personal information we handle is almost entirely business contact information collected in the course of commercial relationships.
This Notice applies to personal information we collect:
– Through mantaroof.com and any Manta-operated web page or online form;
– Through our Certified Licensed Applicator program and our warranty program;
– On job sites, during roof surveys, joint roof walks, crew training, and final
inspections;
– At trade shows, training sessions, and lunch-and-learn events;
– By phone, email, and other offline business interactions.
This Notice does not cover the practices of our distributors, our Certified Licensed
Applicators, or other independent businesses. Those companies operate under their own
privacy policies.
We collect only what we need to do business.

not dealt with us directly.
When you give us another person’s contact information:
– You confirm you have the authority or permission to share it with us for the
purpose of registering a warranty on that building.
– We use it only to issue, register, administer, verify, and service that warranty
—including scheduling inspections, sending warranty correspondence, and handling any future claim.
– We do not add building owners to our marketing lists on the basis of a warranty registration.
If you are a building owner and want to know what information we hold in connection with a warranty on your building, contact us using Section 12.
We use personal information to:

us and we will delete it.
