Manta™ 305 WET-N-DRY™ modified mastics provide an immediate solution for repairing leaks on both wet and dry surfaces. This product is engineered to instantly seal leaks, even in areas where standing water is present. This mastic is Miami-Dade County Approved and meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM D4586 (Standard Specification for Asphalt Roof Cement) and ASTM D3409 (Standard Test Method for Adhesion of Asphalt-Roof Cement to Damp, Wet, or Underwater Surfaces).
