Silicone over foam, from the deck up

MantaSil 430 is Miami-Dade NOA-approved for application over spray polyurethane foam, so you can build a fully insulated roof from the deck up. Miami-Dade NOA 25-0930.01, which expires 19 June 2030, approves MantaSil 430 applied over spray polyurethane foam. For fire, MantaSPF InstaShield 250 topcoated with MantaSil 430 is UL Classified Class A (UL 790) under File R41576. Seamless, fully-adhered, hurricane-rated, and energy-efficient in a single assembly — exactly what South Florida’s heat, humidity, and storms demand.
